Evangelists Conference PDF Print E-mail

When Dr. David Livingstone first arrived in South Africa in 1841, he wrote that Graaff-Reinet was the prettiest town he had seen in Africa and that the family he had stayed with, en-route to his first Mission station in Kuruman, were most delightful examples of Christian hospitality and Evangelistic zeal: the Andrew Murray family.

"Lift up your eyes and look at the fields, for they are already white for harvest!" John 4:35

The Great Commission is our Supreme Ambition

The South African Association of Evangelists have chosen Graaff-Reinet as the attractive venue for their Evangelists Conference, 10 – 12 December. I have been invited to be the main speaker at this conference and will be dealing with: Putting the Greatness back into the Great Commission, The Epic Evangelistic Legacy of Dr. David Livingstone, Evangelising Christians and Conviction and Courage for our Calling.

"But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth." Acts 1:8

The Main Thing is to Keep the Main thing the Main Thing

Please pray for this strategic conference and, if possible, join us for this important time of fellowship and focusing on what Dr. David Livingstone said: "ought to be the chief desire and aim of every Christian!"

"For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ, for it is the Power of God to Salvation for everyone who believes." Romans 1:16

The Last Command of Christ Ought to be our First Concern

The conference will be held at the Assembly of God Church, on the corner of Somerset and Bourke Streets, in Graaff-Reinet. Registration for the conference closes on 29 November. "The harvest truly is plentiful, but the labourers are few. Therefore pray the Lord of the Harvest to send out labourers into His harvest." Matthew 9:37

Yours for the fulfilment of the Great Commission
